Reiki (ray-key) is a Japanese word for universal Life Force. It is an ancient form of healing which dates back over 2500 years ago and accesses the life force to heal self and others on a physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. During a session, clients may experience relief from such ailments as arthritis, migraines, back and neck pain, etc. Reiki treats not only symptoms, but also cause of illness and brings the body, mind and spirit into balance.

Energy Healing

This hands off or hands on treatment is to assess the flow of energy into the body’s seven major centers “the chakras”, and balances the flow where necessary to recharge the chakras.

This healing module treats high blood pressure, headaches/migraines, backaches, stress, depression, old injuries and many more ailments.

Hot Stone Massage Therapy

Hot stone massage is a healing therapy which involves the application of water heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key points of the body, giving deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes the muscles allowing manipulation of a great intensity than with regular massage.

Those experiencing hot stone massage will notice a healing improvement of the following ---- muscular aches, pains, poor circulation, arthritic conditions back pain, stress anxiety and tension.
